This amazing brand has everything you need: starting from cleanser and ending with lipstick.
After using Glo Skin Beauty my skin fell in love with it. I tested it out for one week and already could tell a big difference, you don't have to wait for 14 days to see the results, how some other brands tell you. You should know that facials are important to keep our skin healthy, but the other thing what is even more important is your skin care routine at home. We get facials 2-10 times a year, but we wash our face at home at least twice a day. You definitely should own good products for your skin type. Today, I am going to share with you my skin's "best friends" :)
I start with a cleanser. Cleansers are way more effective than just a face wash, they also are gentle on your skin, moisturizing and hydrating.
I use Clear Skin Cleanser ($42)
It’s meant for treating and preventing breakouts. Gentle scrubbing beads help to clear the skin’s surface for better Salicylic Acid (contains 2%) penetration, and I like using it in the evening.
My skin is oily so in the morning I like using Purifying Gel Cleanser ($36) it rinses away surface debris and impurities, deeply cleansing pores without over drying or stripping oil. It leaves skin soft and hydrated, and smells really good, reminds me of oranges and raspberries (IDK why, lol).
Twice a week I would use Pumpkin Enzyme Scrub ($38), a multi-functional physical and chemical skin polisher, this stuff you guys is awesome. It contains environmentally- friendly Jojoba Beads & enzyme to gently slough away dull surface cells for a smoother, renewed complexion. It’s super soft on your skin and has rich scent of pumpkin. Like, I am not fan of pumpkins at all, but this smell is pretty delicious.
Oil Free Moisturizer ($48) delivers lightweight moisture with antioxidants, botanicals and essential hydrators to help balance and strengthen skin without weighing it down. Oily skin also needs moisture and hydration, and this is your best option. I apply it after the serum and eye cream.
Toners are super important! They help to close your pores and balance pH of your skin.
In the evening I use Balancing Mist ($30), I apply it on a cotton. Also, you can just spray your face like a refreshing mist for hydration. Light mattifying effect and purifying ingredients target an oilier t-zone, while soothing hydrators and antioxidants benefit a drier cheek area. it prepares skin to evenly absorb products applied after.
I also use Purifying Mist ($30) in the morning. This clarifying toner helps balance, hydrate and refine the complexion. Astringent benefits help reduce excess oil and impurities while antioxidants reinforce skin's strength.
I am lucky enough to be licensed and have access to all the back bar of any beauty brand. I use Enzyme once a week, applying it very thin layer like a mask, and rinsing off in 15 mins. Helps a lot with cleaning my pores. It’s a really gentle chemical exfoliant. I don't like anything harsh on my face and I am really scared of the chemical peals. But this one is my favorite!
I also have Pro 5 Exfoliant, this one is gentle chemical peal too, its so mild that I can use it as a toner in the evening. I also use it 5 mins before I apply Enzyme.
Serums have moisturizing ingredients to help skin retain moisture, but they are not moisturizers, it’s two different things.
At night I like using Award Winning Best Seller Renew Serum ($48). Due to Retinol, Glycolic Acid and Salicylic Acid my skin texture evened out after few times of using it, and I love it! Level 1 out of 3 smoothing: draws out impurities, minimizing the look of pores for clearer, refined skin.
In the morning I prefer Brightening Serum ($52). It helps great with minimizing the appearance of discoloration. It contains only natural brighteners and smoothing Ingredients. Suits all skin types, you can apply it every day, contains Alpha Arbutin, Lactic Acid, and Azelaic Acid, helps with hyperpigmentation.
Sometimes, after doing deep pore cleaning or chemical exfoliations (peals), I would use Corrective Soothing Serum ($48), it revitalizes skin with an elegant, nutrient-rich formula designed to help support the skin's natural moisture barrier function to restore calm, increase strength and enhance radiance, doesn’t have any fragrance or dyes. Great for all skin types, especially for sensitive, has Aloe Vera, Olive Fruit and Sunflower Seeds Oils, helps with redness and you definitely can use it daily.
I recently started using eye creams and thank to my esthetician for telling me about Contour Eye Lift ($44). It’s an ultra-soothing, silky formula that hydrates the delicate area surrounding the eyes. This eye cream is free of fragrance and dyes. It literally refreshes and visibly uplifts eye skin. I use it every time.
Magic Lip Revival ($34) gives you a look of fuller lips makes them really smooth. It contains Natural Peptide (Maxi-Lip™), designed to help stimulate Collagen while moisturizing, smooth and better defined lips. It has lovely scent and taste of Peppermint Oil, and Sweet Almond Oil.
It looks amazingly seamless on your lips. You also can use Lip Revival as a lip primer for even application of your liquid or not that liquid lipsticks.
